Personal quest on a lost scenario. Do you gain progress on your personal quest when you lose the scenario? We have the quest to kill 20 elites, if one player killed one but we lost the scenario does it still count? As long as it's not a ' complete x [eg] Swamp scenarios' PQ you're fine. Yes you still gain progress.
According to the internet those scenarios are the following: 19 Forgotten Crypt - Completed. 32 Decrepit Woods - Locked because we completed 42 Realm of the Voice. 45 Rebel Swamp - Must complete scenario 35 Gloomhaven Battlements A but 35 is locked because we completed 21 Infernal Throne and 27 Ruinous Rift.

A lot of personal quests become pretty hard to complete if you aren't the type of person that can be persuasive enough to convince your friends to go back and do boring things like repeat scenarios, or things that are pretty sub-optimal during a scenario run. Only battle goals are secret. Personal quests should be shared, discussed, and planned.
