Can confirm the same issue here. Developer mode has been de-activated after the update to V47. I've been developing a native C++ app via Android studio and the Quest is no longer showing up as a device in Android studio. When running "adb shell" the device is no longer recoginsed. I've done a factory reset now twice and didn't help.
