Yea Lightning Conduit is getting a lot of attention but Galvanic Field is also looking low-key solid considering that it's passive damage with a 6 sec base duration. Looks good for anyone who wants to play something similar to the Cremation or Seismic Trap playstyle. It might even make Archmage playable again.

Base damage for shock nova and lightning conduit are now about the same. 75% shock = 300% more damage on lightning conduit, but shock nova hits twice on single target. So at double the trigger rate, shock nova does the same damage as lightning conduit - and doesn't rely on hitting your main target with a 75% shock.

If you take "Cast While Channeling" for example that would mean the base Trigger CD of 0.35 plus the base cast speed of 0.5. Which sums up to 0.85. Now the Question is, which cast time is used. OoS should hit an enemy every time you cast Conduit, either immediately applying a shock to consume or immediately reapplying the shock after you consume it depending on the timing. Storm Brand should hit at the same rate Conduit hits (since its base activation frequency is the same as Conduit's base cast time and both scale with cast speed).It will apply the base shock but it can be scaled with ailment effect.
