Taurus serial number lookup not working.

I found some info about Taurus ser#'s. The use the letter "I" and it looks almost identical to the number "1". I used the letter for the first 2 digits in the ser# and then used the #1 later in the ser#. It worked and I found out my model. The number ! is only slightly different from the I's.
