Find an old speaker of most any type that you know works and hook it in to see if it works. If not, then you know it is not the speaker, it is the wiring or the radio itself. If you get sound at least you know the radio works , however it may only display the locked message , hard to say if this will work with a locked radio .

Radio and rear speakers work fine. When attempting to adjust fader control, no sound at all comes from front door speakers.All sound shuts off except for the safety sounds (seatbelt sound, car slowing ahead warranting sound, etc.).
