Corrupting it to 15 still means your authority is 20, it's just corrupted up to 15. The very first corrupted perk in any attritibute is based on how corrupted that attribute is, but that is the only instance where the actual corruption value matters. It doesn't affect the scaling of the base, uncorrupted attribute at all. I have 20 corrupted str 19 corrupted vit( got the 33% hp perk for vit), and 20 grit. It works pretty good and i can solo pretty much any dungeon. I use corrupted armour with it so im getting 70% increase in str dmg. Only issue i have is the stam pool is pretty small, with potion of freedom about 100 stam. But i one or two shot most things.
