Probably not since those are usually activated online and work differently than DLCs. The files for a DLC are usually downloaded with the base game, just locked. CreamAPI unlocks those files. A different edition of a game, though, needs to be activated just like the base game did, it cannot be unlocked with just an offline tool like Cream.

Unfortunately deadmau5 has declared CreamAPI deprecated and will no longer support the tool, so no need for false holpes here. CreamAPI is officially dead, only for new games tho. Usage: Start the program executable. Read above under Installation if it doesn't launch. Choose which programs and/or games the program should scan for DLC. The program automatically gathers all installed games from Steam, Epic and Ubisoft directories. Wait for the program to download and install SteamCMD (if you chose a Steam game).

Ive been using the creampi method to unlock all dlcs. I used a modified cream_api.ini and a steam_api64.dll from a different game (Tekken 7) that already had unlocked all dlcs and copied it over to the assetto corsa competizione folder that has the steam_api64.dll file in it. The game crashes on the unreal engine logo at startup with this method.
