Go with foxtrot mike. No experience with the warranty but their FM9 is a great Gun and have had no issues with it. I had a PSA lower that was out of spec (bolt catch slot was too narrow). They sent me a new one no problem and a credit for the FFL Transfer fee. I have about 200 rounds through my fm9 with no issues.
