Priceline.com was very dishonest in their billing. They advertise the room at a certain price and even included taxes and fees on the website. When I booked the room, it was almost $50 more per night. There was nothing in the language of the initial transaction that prepared me for this additional cost.

I call your company 1-844-441-0866 for an additional discount on my room. Only to find out that online prices are lower than the actual price you customer service team are charging you false advertisement. Then they tell you that the rooms you looking had just been sold out and the same room that is available is going at a higher price. I originally booked a horrible hotel room and needed to cancel the second day reservation (there were bugs and it was clearly unclean). The hotel was unwilling to do this, but Ruben made things right and got me a refund. Not needing to go through a cc chargeback was nice. Date of experience: March 03, 2022.
