1999 Malibu Overheating / no heat. So here's what's going on... Last week we had temps below zero here in Michigan, started the car, let it heat up for a few minutes before driving it. Drove the car about 3 miles and the temp gauge, which usually hovers around the mid point, went all the way up to the red. Turned around and went home and parked it.
