Jolt is ordinary and just something Bungie will slap on to take the easy route. Instead, make the chain lightning cooler. It does appear to fill from reserves, but the effect that gives you ammo back also procs when you’re hitting enemies, which is the green “+XX” number that appears. As long as you’re hitting enemies, ammo is infinite, but you’ll soon see the reserves drop despite your endless mag if you miss enemies. But I think the “clan match” might be a bit dead. We don’t use that feature, just the public LFG portion. Riskrunner is a fine exotic and it is used in many high tier activities. If you plan on using it proficiently, I recommend using an arc subclass and using pulse grenades to damage yourself and proc the perk.

Plus, it takes two bullets to activate volt; one to apply jolt, one to proc the chain.
