The 30 being a subcompact, my pinky was barely on the grip. So make sure it fits nice If you have a 22 already, and the 23 or 30 are easy enough to carry, you might as well try the 30. The 36 isn't bad either. It has slightly more felt recoil than the 30 due to lighter slide and thinner grip. I never noticed musch difference with the 36 slide on my 30 (same as 30s).
