So the P226 slightly faster but all pretty close especially considering first time with P320 and much experience with the other two.

Honestly the p365xl already shoots flatter than a p320 compact and x carry, it just has more felt recoil (force right into the hand) than the 320. The bigger surface area of the grip on the MACRO helps spread out the force on the hand and the slide comp helps as well.
