I have Radagons soreseal and the sacred scorpion charm, and using some cleanrot/godrick armor with the Navy hood.TLDR; Arcane is useless above 50 in terms of scaling Blood Loss Buildup, dual wielding Scythes with one being Frost/Bleed and the other Bleed/Bleed is OP.
