The Hobart 285033 10 foot MIG gun works with several different Handler MIG welders. The 285033 replacement MIG gun comes with an .030-.035 liner and 10 foot length. This will fit Handler 135, 140, 175, 190, or 210 welder (using the 2-spade terminal connection).

I just went to my shop and did this on my 140 to make sure it would work. Power the machine up and pull about 2 feet of wire from the tip end. Then remove the gun assembly from the machine and leave the power cord connected. Pull the cable away from the unit about 6-8 inches and cut it.
