If you watch the videos and think you can do it then, by all means, jump in and give it a try. However, if it doesn't work or you don't think you can do it then you'll need to buy a new motor.

This is most often caused by a bad rear door latch, not the hinge/roller. If the hinge/roller has 100K on it and hasn't been changed then it probably needs it but it's not the cause of a non-working door.
