Since I purchased it in Dec 14, it's always ran around 215-224* (EVIC). lately, it's been jumping up to 229-235+. Blend door actuator for sure for the no-heat-in-the-cabin deal, but the engine overheating seems far out for that. maybe a clogged heater core (might impede flow) Im dealing with no heat in cabin right now, except on the highest setting. Likely the actuator, but at only 17,000 miles is frustrating.

A rich air.fuel mixture will give an O2 out of spec fault; however, the problem could be the IAC valve not working and making the fuel rich and giving an out of spec reading setting off the code.
