I set up a payment arrangement and they suspended me telling me there is nothing in the system about the arrangement. I know it has nothing to do with being past the due date because I had to set up a payment plan before and it was past the due date. After speaking to five different reps I was told that despite the fact that I'd made a payment arrangement to pay my outstanding balance, and that I had received confirmation of the payment arrangement, that my account was still subject to suspension. I was told that the payment arrangement doesn't stop the account from being suspended.
