In combat my soldiers Block and Taunt the enemy, the hive princes snipe and my workers generally do the outflanking and killing with naginatas. This works well for me, once the fight swings in my favour the soldiers drop Block and aid the workers in pushing the advantage. Movement speed is important in Kenshi; movement is life.When it comes to the rest of the limbs, the soldier wins no contest. 100 hp vs 80/75 for prince/worker respectively.
