My rig is a 2021 Melbourne 24L. I contacted Lippert about this bulletin including a photo of my slide controller, part # 13398-DO. They informed my controller is a 10 amp unit and the bulletin does not apply to it. The bulletin is about more than the controller. We have a 2021 Red Hawk 24B with a large slide like yours.

If you can find the fuse to the slide out motor, I would pull that one first and then check the battery voltage both with the external charger on and then off. Report back on that (flip off the converter breaker for this test).
