I lost a chunk of mine last week, and it looked like big pieces of snot. Like hack-up-a-loogie snot. The pink streak sounds like maaaaaybe bloody show, but if you're already 3 cm dialated, your mucus plug should be long gone. And sadly you could walk around 3cm dialated for another couple of weeks.
