The best part of using Memento is of course having access to T3 shield and armor regen which you won't have with Striker's backpack without sacrificing damage (at which point, why use SB backpack to begin with). For reference, T3 shield with artificer hive will tank 4 shotgun shots from a Hunter on Heroic difficulty.
