Edit/update: I directly called Natera and got the price changed from $750 to $250 on a call that took less than 5 minutes. I did as commenters advised and said my doctor said it wouldn't cost more than $250 (which to be honest, she did). It's not very often I save that much money so quickly. Thank you all!

The billing emails were sent at the same time they released the results in the portal.
