I've recently made a post showing that most players could actually gain about 4-5x their current damage by making a few adjustments to their personas.Okumura was a cakewalk on Merciless. Yeah, he's much harder to beat on Hard because you're in that inconvenient place where enemies are tougher but you don't get the damage bonus for hitting weaknesses, and the whole fight is about that.
