Best spot in Rosarito hands down. Always a good experience at Papas. All these guys know how to take care of their customers. They know how to have a good time and party. Don't come to Rosarito and not stop at Papas. Then that means you really didn't come to Rosarito. Shout out to Bravo for all his assistance and great service. Five Stars.

So there is Papas & Beer, Mama's & Beer, Salas & Beer, and El Que Pasa? And they are all owned by the same people? Someone straighten this out for me. All their menus are different. And the food changes by location. My favorite Papa's used to be the one on Hendersonville road but now it's El Que Pasa and it's all different!
