BOFA is a big DPS upgrade for both COX and TOA its defiantly worth getting as it should decrease your run times and by the time you get another 500m it should have paid for itself. It's not like regular bofa doesn't require anything to use. Since bofa is 4 tick that's 25 shots per minute or 1500 per hour.

Crystal with bowfa blows it away and is a game changer. Don't commit to bowfa WITHOUT crystal armor, you'll lose SO much dps it's insane. Truly though bowfa/crystal is a beast combo.

You need the crystal armor to use it on task, my understanding is it's like an msb with rune arrows without the armor/void. I was raiding in range void until i got all the armor seeds and that was fine, I think it still maxed a 46 it was just less accurate. ...
