Special thanks to you ShooterK2, I started the truck today, flipped the cruise control ON, used the reset to try and increase rpm, didn't work. So with the engine running, cruise control on, I put my foot under the clutch pedal and lifted it UP, then used the reset and sure enough the engine rpm increased.I am having trouble with the 3 position engine brake not working all the time.
