The Panhellenic sororities are actually quite diverse. In most chapters you’ll find many girls of different ethnicities. The Multicultural sororities generally have their own race and that’s about it. For me, it’s worth it. It makes it really easy to make friends and have a social life. Panhellenic sororities do not haze new members.
