He was scheduled to be sentenced the following day for a bribery scandal, although he claimed he didn’t do it. Driven to hopelessness, he ended his own life at a televised press conference. Between the force of the shot and muscle reaction, his head jerked back/up. The last photo looks like his body is starting to fall downward, his hair is kinda just hanging there, waiting to catch up with gravity as the body falls.

Shortly, after the Dwyer's made the move back to the family homestead in Wayne County Pennsylvania.
