Today I'm 38 weeks but I had my Dr appointment yesterday. She said I was 3 cm dilated and that I should start having lots of sex and go walking more and also try some castor oil!I was 3cm 70% effaced on Wednesday. Been having lots of cramping and contractions that are not consistent,like 15 mins apart and then they die down : ( I'm so ready. m. marie41609.
