Nah, they’ve been up and running for nearly a month now. Easy to find core tdm and hard point. Hardcore FFA is somewhat active but be prepared to possibly get mopped by a level 1000 sweat fresh from the sauna. No Black Ops 3 however is pretty much unplayable with hackers though.
