Carian regal is the best overall. Lusats does a little more damage in exchange for absurdly inhibitive fp costs. A lot of people prefer lusats and make up for it by stacking lots of blue flasks and a high mind stat. Both are viable, but carian regal is probably more practical overall. I use Lusat's and the Talisman that lowers FP consumption.
