Pull up the power window switch and close the window completely. Continue pulling up the switch for approximately 1 second after the window is closed completely. Also now that I removed the door panel completely and reinstalled it the driver's switch no longer operates the front passenger window or the rear driver's window. Only the wonky driver's front window and seemingly normal operation of the rear passenger's window. Dealership here I come!
