This past Tuesday I had my cervix checks and I was 1-2 cm dilated and 80% effaced. I hadn't felt constant cramps/contractions until today (Friday). I've been have these cramps since I woke up at 8:50 this morning. Ever since then they've gotten more intense, and feel like period cramps.
