I have read as many threads and posts as I can and am not clear on what should be my next step. It is NOT the resistor because it happens on all settings 1-4. The "light" on the snowflake button works as it should.

There should be 12 volts on that wire whenever the key is "on". The ground for the blower motor is an Orange wire that goes to the resistor module for fan speeds 1-2-3.
