Took it 6 months ago, no heat maps, no math, and 8 SATA. 75 passed. I think it's a good sign cuz math questions are freebies and you tend not to see them if your getting hard questions correct, so they keep feeding you hard questions.I took the NCLEX for the first time in September 2020. Passed at 145 questions. I tested this week and just found out I passed NCLEX! I had 41 SATA, a ton of priority and delegation and three of the "place in order" questions. I also only had one drug calculation, one ABG and one ECG question. My advice is to expect to take the full 145 because it definitely caught me off guard. I am taking NCLEX next week. I know that you can pass whether you have 75 questions, 150 questions, or 265 questions. In order to pass, the computer will stop when it has determined with 95 % accuracy that you have demonstrated minimum nursing competency-the level with which you need to get to to pass.

I notice a trend in the exam for those who finish at 145. Personally, I had a lot of infection control, OB, therapeutic communication, prioritization, delegation and leadership. Shit ton of SATA, 1 graph and 1 calculation. I know for a fact I got the last question wrong too so that myth is busted.

The only difference was that the questions were much longer than the actual NCLEX. I did 3 of the CAT exams and these were my scores. SLIGHTLY PASS- 145 Q. PASS PASS - 75 Q. PASS PASS- 102 Q. UWORLD: I honestly think I could have passed without using uworld. The content on there was just so much and unnecessary!
