It doesn't drop from Prophecy. The world drop pool is your only option. Spamming Banshee and world drop focused umbrals is your best bet. Focus Umbrals. You cannot get the ikelos smg from prophecy. Use the worldly engram focus form the season of the splicer (current season) tab in the helm instead of the season of the chosen one to save on shards.

Demolitionist is miles better. This gun also really needs Seraph rounds to be top tier, as they grant a hidden range increase (like the pre-nerf Ricochet rounds) as well as the other benefits.

Ikelos SMG is the next best legendary option until the midseason patch where they take away its weird recoil reduction passive. If you have Tarrabah, that is also a good exotic option, but that's going to get its range nerfed at the same time Ikelos gets nerfed.
