Toyota rav4 not starting no crank.

1997 Toyota Rav 4 turns over but will not start. It was running fine, then we have a day with a lot of cold rain, went to start it and it turned over ready to start, made a pop and now just turns over. I have spark and if I turn over for a while and take plug out it is wet with fuel. Hello, I have an 09 corolla that cranks but will not fire/start. I have replaced the following with still no success in starting. -fuel pump. -spark plugs. -coolant Temp Sensor. -Battery. I have hooked it up to a scanner and still read 0 codes. I’m done throwing parts at it and not sure what else to check.There is not enough investigation to make any diagnosis.
