Yeah I have. It's the fatigue. It's a new feature this year where as your season goes on, your players will be more wore out as the season goes on. You have to manage you sub out/sub in, and also make sure on your weekly training your starters aren't practicing in full pads every time.

I was hoping this was the solution to my problem but taking off progressive fatigue didn't change anything. I'm in the playoffs and my starters leave after the first play and don't return.
